Motion Soccer — Terms of Use

These terms cover Motion Soccer and the related online and Discord companion features operated by Ivanovich Games SL, Pasaje Brasil 1, 08759 Vallirana, Spain. Contact: support@ivanovichgames.com.

1. Scope and platforms

Motion Soccer is distributed through third-party platforms. Those platforms’ terms also govern their accounts, purchases, subscriptions, payment processing and platform services. Availability of game modes and online features may differ by platform, region and version. Features described as planned are not available until implemented and released.

2. Game licence and ownership

Subject to these terms and the applicable distribution platform’s licence, you may use a legitimately obtained copy of the game for personal entertainment. Ivanovich Games SL and its licensors retain ownership of the game, software, artwork, logos and other protected material. Do not redistribute the game, sell access to it, or misuse its intellectual property except where authorised or permitted by applicable law.

3. Accounts and optional Discord features

You are responsible for the use of your accounts and for keeping your credentials secure. If account linking or other Discord features are offered, they are optional and require the permissions shown during the authorisation flow. Linking a Discord account does not itself transfer purchases, create ownership on another store, or guarantee that saved progress can be merged across platforms.

Discord operates its own service under its own terms and privacy policy. The Motion Soccer companion application is operated by Ivanovich Games SL. Do not imply that Discord sponsors or endorses the game.

4. Multiplayer and community conduct

Use online and community features respectfully. Do not harass other players, impersonate others, distribute unlawful material, cheat, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with services, or attempt to access another user’s account. Community posts and messages must also follow the rules of the relevant Discord server and platform.

Where necessary to address abuse or protect the service, we may remove offending content or restrict access to the affected online or community features. You may contact support to request a review of a restriction. This does not remove rights you have under applicable law or the distribution platform’s terms.

5. Content you share

You remain responsible for content you submit, including matchmaking requests and community messages. Submit only material you are entitled to share. When you deliberately publish a matchmaking request or other content through a feature that shares it with a Discord channel or other players, you authorise the processing and display necessary to provide that feature. We do not acquire ownership of your content.

6. Purchases and refunds

Prices, available purchases and payment conditions are shown by the relevant store or service. Refunds and cancellations are handled under the applicable platform rules and consumer law. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

7. Availability and updates

Online features depend on game versions, network connectivity and services operated by us or third parties. Maintenance, outages and updates may affect availability. We do not promise uninterrupted access or identical features on every supported platform. We will communicate material changes to our online services where appropriate.

8. Privacy and support requests

Our handling of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. Contact support@ivanovichgames.com for support or requests relating to personal data controlled by Ivanovich Games SL. Data held independently by a platform is subject to that platform’s policies.

9. Children

Follow the game’s age rating, the account requirements of your distribution platform, and Discord’s minimum age and eligibility requirements when using Discord. Where required by applicable law, a parent or guardian must authorise a minor’s use of the relevant service.

10. Changes and applicable rights

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the game, connected services or applicable requirements. We will identify the effective date and communicate material changes where required. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or overrides mandatory consumer rights, including applicable protections in your country of residence.
